I am writing because in early January, I purchased a new Genesis helmet. This is my first lazer helmet and I was extremely happy about the way it fit snug to my head. Unfortunately, on my fourth ride with the helmet I got into a bad accident (January 11th). I am confident the helmet saved my life, or at least saved me from having extreme brain damage.

I have a complete temporal bone fracture, cracked mandible, busted ear drum, severe concussion, 8 other broken bones, and a few more cracked bones that are not completely broken. The helmet stayed securely on my head, but has a lot of damage to the plastic shell, and the foam broke in 3-4 places.
